I have a very intermittent problem with my geothermal not cycling on for A/C or heat. Our system is so quiet, we don't realize it until the temp climbs or drops by several degrees. Joel took the service call. He was extremely professional and through in his diagnostic. Though he couldn't duplicate what was causing the issue, he explained in detail what the "possible" causes were, and what the most "probably" cause was, took plenty of pictures and discussed with Todd after the service call. A phone conversation with Todd after the service call was additionally very beneficial. And finally, their service charge is extremely reasonable. I WILL NOT hesitate to call on Neuhaus for this or any future HVAC need. Thank you for the service call!!
